Sunrise Mile

About this event
Meet at the boathouse steps for a short introduction, then follow a one-mile out-and-back route beside the river. This is a social run, with walkers welcome and time to regroup at the turning point. The group returns to the same meeting place, where there is time for coffee before the working day begins. Wear shoes suitable for the path, bring water and allow a few minutes before the start to meet the organisers.
